SHIPPING

All items are made in Los Angeles, CA in small batches. Each order is packaged and prepared by hand.

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service: Domestic shipping is subject to change - please allow U.S. Priority mail 5-7 days for delivery from ship date in the continental U.S. International order rates are subject to change and shipment time varies based on destination. Receiver is responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. 

Orders are packed and shipped out 3-5 business days after purchase.

Please note, shipping timeframe begins to apply from the moment the package is received and processed at the post office (not from the moment your order is confirmed). 

Delays caused by shipping courier are not the responsibility of Samuel Zelig, and are not eligible for refunds and price adjustments.

Tracking information will be included with a confirmation note once your order has been shipped.

Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.  

Samuel Zelig is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier. 

If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting to the shipping courier who arranged final delivery.

All sales are final on items marked down 70% or more. No returns or exchanges are eligible for items marked down 70% or more. 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 10 days of order delivery for an exchange or a refund. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with the original tags attached. Returns must be delivered back to the studio within 10 days of initial delivery. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. 

To return merchandise, email info@samuelzelig.com for return authorization. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Samuel Zelig does not refund shipping on returns or exchanges.
